Silence is consent to God’s presence within
Be still in your body and mind
Focus on your breathe till your mind is not skattered in many directions
Then pray in secret to your heavenly Father
Let his love transform you and shape you into Christ’s image and likeness
Let the holy spirits love overflow within your soul
Enter into the Kingdom of God’s love within
Where Heaven and Earth become one
