Truly I say to you
When Christ unites with us in the depths of our soul
Heaven comes down to earth and lives in our heart
Heaven is not some distant land to enter into after death
Heaven is the presence of God’s love in our innermost being
Freeing us from all suffering
Our soul is at true peace when we enter the Kingdom of God within our heart
Truly I say to you
The gate to heaven is everywhere
Many Protestants seek God in the Bible
Many Catholics seek God in good works
Many Orthodox seek God in rituals
Yet the lord said the Kingdom of God is within you
Do not seek God in external things no matter how good they appear
Be still and first seek the Kingdom of God within the depths of your soul
There you will find Christ and his Kingdom of love
Patiently waiting to heal and guide you to heaven in this world and the next
The treasures of the gospels lie within your soul
Hidden beneath layers of fear, greed, hatred and ignorance
God’s only desire
Is to unite with you in pure love
In this divine union
You are liberated from all fear
You are free of your past transgressions
His pure unconditional love purifies our heart and uplifts the soul
God will never abandon you
His Kingdom of love is already within you
Seek him in the depths of your soul and you will find the treasure you have been looking for your entire life
My life’s purpose is not to seek money, fame, or status
It is not to seek comfort and pleasure in external things
My purpose is to serve the homeless, sick, vulnerable, and poor through Christ’s love
My purpose to serve the lord and do his will on this earth
May I remain in your love Christ so you may remain in me
So I can bare much fruit and show that I am a true disciple of yours
May I enter through the narrow gate and walk in the Kingdom of God’s love moment by moment
Still your body and mind
Open your heart to love and receive God’s unconditional love
This love sets our soul on fire and compels us to love our neighbors, enemies, and give unconditionally to the poor just as Christ did
Now follow Christ in the depths of our soul in God’s divine love
The human mind enjoys making Christianity complex but following the way is quite simple
So simple a child could understand it
The challenge is not getting distracted by our mind and the world which tries to guide us off the narrow path into death and destruction

“The road your self must journey on lies in polishing the heart.
It is not by rebellion and discord that the heart’s mirror is polished free of the rust of hypocrisy and unbelief: your mirror is polished by your certitude by the unalloyed purity of your faith.
Break free from your chains you have forged about yourself; for you will be free when you are free of clay. The body is dark – the heart is shining bright; the body is mere compost – the heart a blooming garden.
He doesn’t know his own self:
how should he know the self of another?
He knows only his hands and feet, how should he know about God?
This is beyond the sage’s grasp: you must be a fool if you think that you know it.
When you can expound on this, you will know the pure essence of faith; till then, what have faith and you in common?
It is better to be silent then to talk nonsense like one of the learned;
ask from him nothing other than himself,
When he has chosen you for a friend,
you have seen all that there is to see.
There’s no duality in the world of love
what’s all this talk of ‘you’ and ‘me’?
How can you fill a cup that’s full already?
Bring all of yourself to his door:
bring only a part
and you’ve brought nothing at all.
It’s your own self defining faith and unbelief:
inevitably it colors your perception.
Eternity knows nothing
of belief or unbelief;
for a pure nature
there is no such thing.
And if, my friend, you ask me the way
I’ll tell you plainly, it is this:
to turn your face towards the world of life,
and turn your back on rank and reputation;
and, spurning outward prosperity, to bend
your back double in his service;
to part company with those who deal in words,
and take your place in the presence of the worldless.
The way is not far
from you to a friend: you yourself are that way:
so set out along it.
You who know nothing of the life
that comes from the juice of the grape,
how long will you remain intoxicated
by the outward form of the grape?
Why do you lie that you are drunk?
How can you go forward?
There is no place to go;
how will you leap?
You have no foot.
Not one knows how far it is
from nothingness to God.
As long as you cling to your self
you will wander right and left,
day and night, for thousands of years;
and when, after all that effort,
you finally open your eyes,
you will see your self, through inherent defects,
wandering around itself like the ox on the mill;
but, if, once freed from your self,
you finally get down to work,
this door will open to you within two minutes.
God will not be yours,
as long as you cling to soul and life:
you cannot have both this and that.
Bruise your self for months and years on end;
leave it for dead, and when you have done with it,
you will have reached eternal life.
Remain unmoved by hope and fear.
To non-existence mosque and church are one;
to a shadow, heaven and hell likewise.
For someone whose guide is love,
belief and disbelief are equally a veil,
concealing the doorway of the friend;
his very being is a veil
which hides God’s essence.
Until you throw your sword way,
you’ll not become a shield
until you lay your crown aside,
you’ll not be fit to lead.
The death of soul
is the destruction of life;
but death of life
is the soul’s salvation.
Never stand still on the path
become non-existent.
Non-existent even to the notion
of becoming non-existent.
And when you have abandoned both
individuality and understanding,
the world will become that.
When the eye is pure
it sees purity.
Unself yourself…
until you see your self as a speck of dust
you cannot possibly reach that place;
self could never breathe that air,
so wend your way there without self.
~Hakim Sanai (1044-1150)
When we follow Christ within our own soul in pure love
We can experience complete unity with him
In this divine union, our small self dies and is awakened to God’s glory
We begin to see and experience Gods love in all creation
This love sets our soul on fire and Christ lives within us fully
We see that all creation is holy and seek not to harm any of God’s creation
May all experience this divine union at least for a moment so they see God’s love in all things
Bring true peace and joy to their inner most being
Do not seek Christ in the external world
For Christ lives within your soul
Seek him with all your heart in the interior castle of your soul
There you will find Jesus and the treasures of the gospels
Through stillness and contemplative prayer we find God’s presence within
Those who seek God’s love in external things will never find him and will never know him
Those who seek open heartedly in the depths of their soul will find Christ and become one with him in his divine love
“The Kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:21
“But seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Matthew 6:33
“On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.”
John 14:20
Without God’s love, all life begins to wither and die.
With God’s love all things blossom and bare beautiful fruit to be enjoyed by all.
The spirits unconditional love heals all wounds and unites all things.
Seek his love within your heart and you will see God within all creation.
May we all blossom with God’s light of love
