Be Still and Seek the Kingdom of Love Within

If you focus on the surface of life

Everything appears as suffering

But look deep within yourself and you will see the ultimate reality beneath the surface of life

You will see that at the center of your being and all creation is God’s unconditional love

Take refuge in this sanctuary of unconditional love within your own heart and soul

It’s water so pure

Its love is everlasting and healing

Be still and seek the Kingdom of love within you

The Holy Spirit of Love

When my mind is still through meditation I repeat Jesus’s words and the holy spirit is drawn to me and transforms me into Christ in that moment.

No words can describe this spiritual experience of deep love for all beings.

In those moments you are fully liberated from all fear, hatred, and greed.

You are truly alive.

When the holy spirit is within you, everyone is your brother or sister and you feel a deep river of joy rush through your body. ❤️🙏🏻

The Ultimate Reality

You have heard that the good fights the evil

But I say the compassionate, merciful and loving take good care of those who are suffering from hatred, fear and greed

Like a big brother taking good care of a younger brother

Many religious people do not understand the ultimate reality

That good doesn’t fight evil

For fighting hatred only causes more hatred

The ultimate reality is non duality

The light transforms the darkness within us and the world around us

In Christian terms, God with his infinite mercy takes good care of Satan like a doctor taking care of a sick patient. If you imagine a war between these two forces, you have lost everything Jesus taught. Jesus said “love your enemies and pray for those who spite you for you will be children of God.”

This is non-dualism at its highest.

The only cure for the sickness of hatred and fear is unconditional love

If you don’t see the world through dualism; violence, war, and confusion will be inevitable

But if you see the world through non-duality; peace, love and forgiveness is possible right here and now.

Total Surrender

A total surrender is required on the spiritual path

Surrender of our fears, worries, and doubts

A total surrender of our will to the power of unconditional love within our heart and soul

We must surrender our addictions, destructive habits and wrong views

Let the power of love transform you from within

Let it heal you and shape you in its image

Humble yourself and you will be free

Surrender everything and you will be liberated from fear, hatred, greed and addiction

Blessed are the poor in spirit,
    for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn,
    for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the meek,
    for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
    for they will be filled.
Blessed are the merciful,
    for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart,
    for they will see God

Blessed are the peacemakers,
    for they will be called children of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
    for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.

Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

All of these quotes from Jesus speak of one thing, an open heart to unconditional love of all beings, even your enemies

The Divinity Within the Homeless

You have been taught that the homeless are less than

But I’m here to say that they are just as divine as you and I

They are still born in the image of God’s love

They have Buddha nature within them

They are divine beings of the universe

Look within your heart and you will see this too

To cast judgment on them is cast judgment on the divine

Love your neighbor as thy self even if they are homeless

We are here to awaken to the oneness of all beings and show unconditional love to our brothers and sisters

Abandon Everything

Abandon everything

Abandon all greed, hatred and fear

Abandon selfishness

Abandon all attachments to temporary pleasures

Those who have the courage to abandon everything will be rewarded

Yet do not focus on any reward because this itself is self centered

Just focus on your breath and open your heart

Let unconditional love purify your heart and soul from within you

Prayer of Emptiness

May I empty myself to you God

So you can fill me with your divine love

May I empty myself of all self centered ideas

So you can fill me with your divine grace and humility

May I empty myself of all hatred, fear and greed

So you fill me with your infinite compassion

I empty myself to you God

I surrender to your unconditional love

Within Your Heart

Burn down all churches, temples and mosques

Burn down all holy books

But don’t burn down the human heart!

That’s where God is

The seed of true unconditional love is within us

This seed is patiently waiting to be watered but we must still our minds first

In stillness the holy spirit can transform us

But only if our heart is open to unconditional love
